Refund And Cancellation

You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Please use the same ID for the cancellation request that is used by you while placing the order. Send us the email at support@stone-eve.com. And Once the order is shipped from our side, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned product. The refund will be credited through the original payment mode.

Return Policy:

You can return a product within 7 working days if the product received is defective (e.g., torn or otherwise defective). Please note that returns will not be accepted for issues related to incorrect sizing, so customers must ensure they order the correct size.

If you need to return a defective product, please contact us at support@stone-eve.com with your Order ID and details of the defect.
